It’s an hour with your leadership team. I’ll share a little of my own story and how it developed into an understanding of the mismatch problem. Then I’ll talk you through the five dimensions where it tends to show up most: rest, attention, nature connection, psychological safety, and meaningful work. There’ll be room for open discussion, questions, and starting to tie it all to what’s actually happening in your organisation.

There’s no expectation to commit to anything further afterwards. Some leadership teams find this is exactly what they need to start making changes themselves; others go on to the full Audit.
